Jennifer Lopez Gets Emotional on Stage While Singing About Lost Love

Looks like Jennifer Lopez's lyrics struck a little too close to home this past weekend because the singer burst into tears during her Saturday concert in Montville, Connecticut after singing a song about lost love. The song, One Love, paid tribute to three of J. Lo's most high-profiled relationships, which probably explains why she was overcome with such strong emotions. Throughout the song, pairs of dancers appeared on stage, dressed like Lopez with look-alikes of her past loves: Diddy, Ben Affleck, and Marc Anthony. The new single mom then spoke to the crowd, saying, "A little trip down memory lane, huh?" But it appeared to be a trip she wasn't exactly ready to take because she wiped her eyes repeatedly and then walked offstage after the song was finished. So what exactly set off the waterworks? A source close to Lopez explained, "It was the Marc part of the montage which choked her up. She can't help but feel sad over the loss of a marriage that went on for so long. She's emotional about the whole thing still." The source went on to share that, "Part of her dislikes him so much. But another part still loves him in a way, he's the father of her children. It's confusing. She's going through a whole array of emotions right now." The couple publicly announced the end of their 7 year long marriage in July. However, the American Idol judge may have a new, strong shoulder to cry on. The pop diva has been spotted dining and hanging out with the hunky Bradley Cooper over the last few months, which has drawn much speculation regarding their relationship status. If these two are officially an item, then I would consider it a huge upgrade for J.Lo!

Jennifer Lopez Named New Face of Tous Jewelry

Diamonds are indeed Jennifer Lopez's best friend.

The 41-year-old American Idol host has just been named as the new face of the TOUS Spring 2011 ad campaign.

Jennifer Lopez's Next Move: More Kids or American Idol Performance?

"They've asked me to. And they've also asked Steve [Tyler]," Lopez just told me at the UNICEF Women of Compassion luncheon honoring Gucci creative director Frida Giannini. "We'll see."

She is finishing up the music video for her new single "On the Floor."

"We just heard the single on the radio on way over here," said Lopez, who was looking pretty flawless in Gucci. "It's very exciting. [The video] should be out in a few days. Maybe we'll debut the video on Idol."

Meanwhile, Lopez said working with organizations like UNICEF has become even more meaningful since she and hubby Marc Anthony had their twins, Emme and Max (they turn three on Feb. 22). "When you become a mom," she said, "you do get that feeling in a sense that every child in the world could be your child and that's why you want to help."

What about plans for expanding their own brood? "I think Marc would like to have more kids," she said while giving Anthony a big smile. "We talk about it."
