Nicole Kidman has embraced the internet by setting up an account on YouTube.com and posting her first video message for fans.

The Hollywood actress made the tape during the last day of filming on her new movie Hemingway and Gellhorn, which she has been shooting in San Francisco, California.

In the video, Kidman reveals she has been put off social media because she is "kind of shy", but hopes to start posting more messages for her followers.

She says, "I'm here, I've had the last day on a film I'm working on called Hemingway and Gellhorn. This is the first time that I've done this from my website so... I just wanted to say hi, and wanted to thank all the fans for sticking by me through everything and for being supportive.

"This is the first of a few (videos), I'm not going to do loads of them because I'm kind of shy, but I really just wanted to say thank you everyone and here's to a great 2011."

Nicole Kidman Opens Up About "Rollercoaster Ride With Fertility"

Two months after welcoming daughter Faith Margaret via a gestational carrier, Oscar nominated actress Nicole Kidman is opening up about the desperation she and husband Keith Urban faced before their second baby's birth.

The 43-year-old Kidman tells Australia's 60 Minutes that the couple, married since 2006, has gone through a "rollercoaster ride with fertility."

"Anyone who's been in the place of wanting another child or wanting a child knows the disappointment, the pain and the loss that you go through trying," the actress said in the interview that aired Sunday. "We were in a place of desperately wanting another child. I couldn't get pregnant."

hough Kidman and Urban, also 43, have yet to reveal the identity of their surrogate, the actress is overcome with emotion when speaking of the woman who carried their biological child.

"She was the most wonderful woman to do this for us," says Kidman, who described Faith's December 28 birth as "so deeply emotional and moving."
"I get emotional talking about it because I'm so grateful to [our surrogate]" Kidman reasons.

And as she celebrates her new little miracle, Kidman -- who has two adopted children with ex Tom Cruise and 2-year-old daughter Sunday Rose with Urban -- doesn't necessarily rule out having more kids.
"I never say never!" she tells 60 Minutes. "If you ask Keith, he'd be like 'no,' but my sister's got five kids. [Keith]'s like, 'you're not going to be like your sister, are you?' I'm at an age now where it's very hard to have a child when you're 43. We love what we have."

Nicole Kidman: "I Felt So Much Love For Our Surrogate"

In an interview set to air tomorrow night, Nicole Kidman talks to Australia's 60 Minutes about witnessing the birth of her new daughter Faith Margaret, an experience she calls "deeply emotional, moving."

"Having given birth and then being there to see my child born in that way, I felt so much love for our surrogate, gestational carrier," says Nicole, who is married to singer Keith Urban.

The Rabbit Hole actress also explains why she uses the term "gestational carrier" as opposed to "surrogate" - something she was criticized for in the days following the announcement of baby Faith's birth.

"We were trying to be accurate," she shares. "The term 'gestational carrier' is used if it's your biological child and if it isn't, then you use 'surrogate.' I mean, who knows what it is. But she's the most wonderful woman to do this for us."

Opening up about her "roller-coaster ride with fertility," Nicole reveals, "Anyone that's been in the place of wanting a child knows the disappointment, the pain and the loss you go through. Struggling with fertility is such a big thing and it's not something that I would run away from talking about."

In a particularly emotional moment in the interview, the Oscar-winner expresses her gratitude that after such a long journey her daughter is finally here. "We were in a place of desperately wanting another child and I couldn't get pregnant," she says tearfully. "I get emotional just talking about it, because I'm so grateful."

Nicole and Keith are also parents to 2-year-old daughter Sunday Rose, and she has kids Isabella, 18, and Connor, 15, from her previous marriage to Tom Cruise.

Nicole Kidman Dishes on Tom Cruise!

Nicole Kidman says that ending her decade-long marriage to actor Tom Cruise left a nasty mark on her soul so bad she wasn't sure she would ever get that serious with a man again.

"I was really damaged and not sure whether that was ever going to happen again to me," Kidman told Marie Claire U.K. "I certainly never thought I'd have a baby at 41. But we never know what's around the corner."

Kidman and Cruise became a Hollywood power couple after meeting ont he set of "Days of Thunder" in 1989, but she says: "You don't think of yourself like that. I knew he was a really big star but after a while, to get to a real place in a relationship, that has to wear off. As a couple we were very private."

"We were not out a lot and we were very, very tight and that's why we lasted 10 years, which is a good amount of time, particularly when you get married at 23. That was a great relationship. It was great. I think it ran its course."

Since the split with Cruise in 2001, she has married Australian crooner Keith Urban, and had two children, the most recent, Faith through a gestational surrogate in December.

Kidman, who is nominated for a Best Actress Academy Award for her performance in "Rabbit Hole", also tells the magazine that she never expected to marry one, nevermind two famous men.

"I was never seeking to be a celebrity. But I was prepared to do that for love. And that is something that is hard to do," she said. "I'm very driven by falling in love. I fall in love and I'll drop everything and change everything."

She also acknowledges her limited range of facial expressions have had the beauty press speculating that she is a frequent user of the wrinkle eraser Botox.

"I tried it, I didn't like it, so I've gone back to my own forehead." She added, "But I've never had plastic surgery on my face. People say I have but I haven't."

Nicole Kidman Misses Her Kids With Tom Cruise

Nicole Kidman said the children she adopted with Tom Cruise choose to live with him and Katie Holmes instead of with her. Kidman hasn't been photographed with them since 2007. She says, "I'd love them to live with us, but what can you do?" I feel like this is majorly awkward, but there's probably no one good choice. Personally, I'd choose to reside with a telephone pole. - US
